The only people here today are the plumbers! It seems less chaotic today and they seem to be really moving along.

Now that the walls are open, we’re thinking of switching the heat to HydroAir. It’s allegedly much cleaner and cost effective and energy efficient than the steam heat.

I do not plan on having these walls open again anytime soon, so if there’s a time to do it, it’s now.

We will get a couple of bids today and see!
