I was just asked by my son’s Kindergarten teacher if I can bring in Cranberry Sauce.
I was briefly tempted to make the real deal, which I’ve done for my family for the last few years. But come on, we’re talking about kindergarten kids.
We just want them to try it. Most of it will go in the garbage, which is bad enough, but I don’t want MINE going in the trash. More importantly, I don’t want to waste hours in the kitchen that I will never retrieve.
Cranberry Sauce, CUBED
1 can of Cranberry Sauce
1 attractive vessel
Open the can of jellied cranberry sauce, slice it in half, lengthwise and then once more and then cut it crosswise to get cubes.
Carefully transfer to attractive vessel.
Voila!
Cranberry Sauce, Cubed! It looks tempting, tastes classic and who knows?! The kids just MIGHT try it!
