THIS is the time of year to put your freezer to work for you!
Start by making a list of your families favorite recipes that are partially or wholly freezer-friendly and get to work!
This evening, I am fortunate enough to have been invited to a school shopping event! They are always fun!
So I need to have dinner finished and ready to go, so I can run out the door immediately afterwards.
This morning I made homemade chicken noodle soup from chicken stock that I had in the freezer and left over chicken that I shredded.
It took me about 15 minutes and it’s finished. All I have to do is reheat and serve!
It’s also great because there is no cleaning up cutting boards, knives, prep bowls, counters, etc.
